The various sections of the website above contain quotes from various authorities, and I have given the reference for these below and I have also given the references for the sources whom I quoted in my original long paper in 1979 which was totalled about 150 pages and is therfore far too long for easy digestion, and also not that elegantly presented. However, it will give the reader some idea of the sources of influence at the time of original composition.
